This is a dedication post to my kamcheng, Darren Ho Ka Wye. (I sense people are rolling eyes here)

I just had my NAPFA test yesterday. Surprisingly, I got a bronze in that. Not too bad for some who has not been exercising for the past few years.So during the 2.4km run, he finished the run in about 9 minutes. :) Whereas, mine was in about 16 minutes. Not too bad I should say.


Dear Kamcheng, I am indeed proud of you that you came out as the lead runner in the 2.4km run. I wish you all the best that you excel likewise academically. :)
