farah and i were travelling on east-west line of the mass rapid transit on friday evening.
surprisingly, the train station where we boarded from was not packed. but the train that arrived was packed with lots of commuters.
we did manage to board the train and the train started to move.
from raffles place, the next stop was city hall. the ride was smooth until the train stopped on the middle of the tracks.
5 seconds: was wondering how come the train stopped.
10 seconds: kind of got the idea that it must be some minor problem
15 seconds: was hopeful that the train would start moving
1 minute: train hasn't start moving and i got panicked
2 minutes: still no sign of moving
2 minutes later: it started moving again. phew!
it was not very scary. but i just feel that in such circumstances anything might just happen. furthermore, it was crowded and what if the train just happen not to move. well, call me crazy. but thank god, nothing such happened. and my friend, find it so funny that she was laughing out loud and whole train could here. she claimed that it was the first time laughing like that. haha! crazy gurl!
